Forgot your password? Follow the steps below to reset your password through your computer or mobile device.
- Go directly to secure.palolo.com/login/forgot or click Forgot password at the bottom of the enter password screen
- Enter the email address that you used to create your Palolo account
- Click Send reset email
- Once you've received the password reset email from Palolo, use the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password (passwords must contain at least 8 characters)
Tip: If you're not sure what email address to enter, or if you're receiving a "No user found with that email address" message, you may want to double check with your employer which email address they have on file for you. You can enter either a work email or personal email when signing up for Palolo, but most people use their personal email.
