When your employer starts using Palolo, there are a few different ways they can invite you to sign up:
- By sending an invite email from Palolo (most common)
- By providing a QR code you can scan with your phone in-person
- By emailing you an invite link
🔗 Everyone invited to Palolo has their own unique invite link. Depending on how you're invited, you may be asked to enter your email address in order to access your invite link.
Don't see an invite email? Be sure to check your spam folder and confirm with your employer that your invite was sent to the correct email address. If you're still having trouble, see our Troubleshooting page or contact us and we'll be happy to help!
Once you get your invite link, follow a few quick steps to create your account:
- Enter your email address
- Choose how you'd like to log in
- Email me a code (recommended) - When you choose this option, we'll send you a unique code each time you log in to Palolo, no password required. Just enter the code sent to your email - it should look something like ab1-cd2-3xy.
- Set a password - Use this option to set a secure password that you can use to log in to Palolo.
- Enter your preferred first name
- Agree to Palolo's terms and conditions
