When you use My Pay, we send your transfer as soon as you request it. However, it still takes some time to get to your bank. You'll typically get your transfer within 1 business day. For example, if you request $50 on Monday afternoon, you should see $50 in your bank account on Tuesday.
However, in some cases it can take up to 3 days for the money to become available in your bank account.
- Bank transfers aren't processed on weekends on holidays. This means if you use My Pay on Friday afternoon, you’ll typically see the transfer in your bank account on Monday morning.
- Transfers don't move between banks after a certain cutoff time each day. For example, if you use My Pay on Monday at 11:30pm, the transfer won't be initiated until Tuesday. You may not see it in your bank account until Wednesday.
- Different banks have different rules for when they make funds available. Depending on your bank, it can take 1-3 business days before the money is available in your account.
