You can withdraw money from your Palolo savings any time and transfer it to your bank account. We don't charge any withdrawal fees.
Keep in mind, if you withdraw money from your Palolo savings while eligible for a boost, you might not get your maximum boost earnings. See How does withdrawing affect my boost? below.
To withdraw from your savings:
- Log in to Palolo
- From the Perks tab, find your Savings Perk and select Track
- Scroll down and select Manage account
- Select Make a withdrawal
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw
- Select which bank account the money should be sent to. If needed, you can add another bank account; you'll be taken back to the withdraw screen after you're done.
- Check the box to confirm your boost will be affected, then select Withdraw
How does withdrawing affect my boost?
Money you've contributed and earned during previous boost periods is yours to keep or withdraw at any time.
Keep in mind, if you withdraw from your Palolo savings during a boost period, and the amount you're withdrawing is more than the balance you started with at the beginning of the boost period, the money will come from your total boost earnings. This means you may forfeit some or all of your earnings for the current boost period.
To make the most of your savings, it's best to keep your money in in your account and only withdraw if you really need to.
