Palolo uses identity verification in order to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) laws. Before using your Perks, you'll complete these brief steps to verify you are who you say you are and keep our platform secure.
To verify your identity:
- Log in to Palolo and go to the Paycheck tab. If you haven't already, select Connect your paycheck. (Note: You can skip this step if you've already been directed to the identity verification screen.)
- Enter the requested information:
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Home and mailing address
- Social security number
- Review your information and verify that all looks good.
In some cases, you may be asked to provide additional information by submitting a photo of your ID. Once submitted, Palolo will review and notify you by email when your identity has been verified. This typically takes 1-2 days.
Once your identity is verified, you can continue connecting your paycheck (if you haven't already) and start using your Perks.

Yes - Palolo uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all data.
Can I change my personal information in Palolo?
If you need to make a change to the information you entered during identity verification, we ask that you contact Palolo Customer Care. Our team will verify these changes to ensure your access to Perks isn't disrupted.
