In some cases, you may see a lower amount than expected when using My Pay:
- If you just started using Palolo, we may not have enough information about your paycheck to calculate your full available amount. In this case, we’re still able to offer you $50 in My Pay until we can start calculating your earned wages.
- If it’s the beginning of your pay period, you’ll only be able to access a percentage of what you’ve earned so far. As the pay period progresses, the amount available to you will increase.
- We look at your previous paychecks to estimate how much you’ve earned so far this pay period. If any of your previous 3 paychecks were lower than normal, this estimated amount may be less than the actual amount you’ve earned.
- If you opted to send only a portion of your paycheck to Palolo, your available amount will only reflect the percentage of your paycheck that’s sent to Palolo.
To ensure you're still receiving enough on payday, My Pay lets you withdraw up to a percentage of the wages you’ve earned so far in the current pay period. We look at information from your past paychecks and your current pay period, including any wages you’ve already accessed, to decide the amount of My Pay you have available.
