When you first connect your paycheck to Palolo, you'll tell us which bank account to send your paychecks to. You can change this account any time from your paycheck settings.
To change which account your paychecks are sent to:
- Go to the Paycheck tab and select View
- Select Send to (followed by the name of your current paycheck account) to go to your paycheck account settings:
- Under Change to, add a new bank account or select an existing account as your new paycheck account. Learn more about adding a bank account.
- Select Change paycheck account
That's it! From the Paycheck tab, you should see your new paycheck account listed in the Send to section.
The next paycheck you receive should go to your new account. However, in rare cases when you update your paycheck account at the same time your paycheck is being sent, your next paycheck may still get sent to your previous account. You'll receive an email notification from Palolo letting you know when your paycheck is on its way and which account it's being sent to.
